Community rules and reporting
These rules apply to posts, comments, profiles, reactions and anything else shared on SpraggyPoker.
What is not allowed
- Illegal content, credible threats, instructions for serious violence, or material intended to facilitate a crime.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving a person under 18.
- Harassment, hate, stalking, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content or publication of someone's private information.
- Content encouraging suicide or serious self-harm, or targeted abuse of a person at risk.
- Scams, fraud, malware, impersonation, spam or deliberately deceptive links.
- Requests to collude, cheat, compromise another player's account or evade a poker platform's rules.
- Using the site to arrange unlawful gambling, payments or wagers, or directing gambling promotions at children.
- Infringing another person's rights, repeated disruption, ban evasion, or abuse of reports and reactions.
Reporting
Use the Report control on a post or comment. If that is not available, or the issue concerns an account, article or the site itself, email legal@spraggypoker.com. Include the relevant URL or account, what happened and when.
Do not send or re-upload suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal sexual imagery. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Moderation
Moderators may take no action, issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or ban it. Serious matters may be preserved and reported to the relevant platform or authorities where required. Reports are handled privately, although we cannot promise to provide every detail of an outcome.
Appeals
To challenge a moderation decision, email legal@spraggypoker.com with the subject “Moderation appeal”. Include your account, the relevant URL or decision, its approximate date and why it should change. Where reasonably practicable, someone other than the original moderator will review it.
Concerns about personal information are covered by the privacy notice and can be sent to privacy@spraggypoker.com.
