Report a problem or challenge a decision
Ben Spragg is responsible for SpraggyPoker's online-safety arrangements. Reports are reviewed privately and are not shown to the person whose content was reported.
Report content
- When signed in, open the post or comment menu and choose Report. Select the closest reason and include useful context.
- If you cannot use the in-site control, or the concern is about an account, article or the service itself, email legal@spraggypoker.com. Include the URL, account name, what happened and when.
Anyone affected by content may report it, whether or not they have an account. Do not send or re-upload suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal sexual imagery. Send the location and a description only.
Urgent danger and illegal content
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Reports involving suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse, credible threats, terrorism, serious violence or other suspected offences may be preserved and reported to the appropriate platform, regulator, National Crime Agency or police where required.
How reports are handled
A moderator assesses the content against the community guidelines, terms and applicable law. We aim to prioritise credible risks to people, preserve relevant evidence, remove illegal content swiftly when we become aware of it, and record material decisions. Reporters may not receive details that would expose another person's private information or compromise an investigation.
Appeal a moderation decision
Email legal@spraggypoker.com with the subject “Moderation appeal”. Include your account name, the content URL or decision, the approximate date, and why you believe the decision should change. We will acknowledge the appeal and review it within a reasonable period. Where reasonably practicable, the reviewer will not be the person who made the original decision.
Complain about the service
You may use the same legal contact to complain that reporting was inaccessible, a report or appeal was mishandled, the published rules were not followed, or the site failed to address content covered by them. Explain the issue and the outcome you want.
Complaints about personal-information handling use the separate process in the privacy notice and should be sent to privacy@spraggypoker.com.
Children and young people
SpraggyPoker does not provide or facilitate gambling. Content presenting the highest risks to children is prohibited for everyone, and the same privacy-protective defaults apply without relying on a user's declared age. A parent or guardian may report a concern for a young person through either contact above.
